This month in Joyce's Little Black Book (our newly renamed and redesigned newsletter), we celebrate Easter - one of the most beloved holidays in Italy - and Pasquetta, or Easter Monday, when the whole country takes a relaxing day in the country or a nearby park to feast on spring produce.
