Arrival Day · Florence Airport
Private Group Arrival & Villa Check-In
Dedicated meet-and-greet team at Florence airport with branded signage and luggage handling. Two private coaches transfer the full group to your exclusively booked 16th-century Chianti estate. Private welcome aperitivo in the villa gardens, followed by a farm-to-table dinner prepared by the estate’s private chef using ingredients grown on the property.
Day Two · Florence
Private Florence Cultural Evening & Exclusive Dining
Morning at leisure on the estate. Afternoon private coach transfer into Florence for an exclusive cultural experience, private access to one of the city’s iconic museums or historic sites, arranged with a licensed art historian, with the space entirely to your group. Evening private dinner in a historic Florentine setting, reserved exclusively for your party with a curated Tuscan wine pairing.
Day Three · Chianti Classico
Private Winery Day & Cooking Competition
Morning private tasting at a small-production Chianti Classico estate, cellar tour and vertical tasting with the winemaker. Afternoon group cooking competition hosted by a local chef, with teams competing to produce the best Tuscan ragù. Evening judged dinner on the villa terrace, with awards, wines, and the group’s own food. A signature program moment.
Day Four · Siena & Val d’Orcia
Private Siena Guided Walk & Truffle Lunch
Private coaches to Siena for a licensed guided walk through the medieval city, Campo, Duomo, and contrade, with the city’s streets to yourselves in the early morning. Transfer to Val d’Orcia for a private truffle lunch at a Slow Food property sourcing black truffles from its own grounds. Scenic return through the cypress hills of Montalcino.
Day Five · Florence Airport
Private Farewell Breakfast & Group Transfer
Final breakfast at the estate with locally sourced produce. Branded departure gift prepared for each guest. Coordinated coach transfers to Florence airport, staggered by flight time and managed by your on-site tour manager. Upon settling back in at home, a scheduled post-program testimonial call to discuss trip highlights with Joyce Falcone directly.
