The Best Beach Clubs on the Amalfi Coast Summer 2025

Summer is approaching and here we are with some feedback on where to swim or eat on the Amalfi Coast in 2025. We are starting from a location near Cetara at Riva del Fuenti, sand and pebbles to enter the water so you may want to get some swim shoes just in case. Access only by private boat or water taxi as the ride by road and car is very long and time consuming.

Crystal clear water, umbrellas, chairs and a nice beach restaurant. From here to our next stop, if you have chartered a private boat, there are endless places to drop anchor for an unforgettable stop, ask your Italian Concierge for a custom Italian vacation package that includes these details. Just after Amalfi there are two little bays, Duoglio and Santa Croce, they offer complimentary boat-rides from and to Amalfi and they also have beach restaurants. Small pebbles and sand to access the water.

Just before Conca dei Marini is Borgo Santandrea’s Beach Club, a high-end location where access is based on availability and only by making an advance reservation. A restaurant and bar are also available. Access to the water is easy as it is a sand beach. Probably at the moment one of the best Beach Clubs on the Amalfi Coast. Access from the beach with private boat or water taxi or from the hotel above at street-level by elevator. Restriction on kids of certain ages may apply. The beach goes in the shadow around 4:30pm.

After the Grotta dello Smeraldo and Fiordo di Furore you will find La Praia, with umbrellas and chairs, and believe us: you need shoes to enter the water, large pebbles on the beach. The beach is under the sun just for a few hours during the day and it may be a good spot to be on the beach without getting burned. Restaurant and bars are available on this little bay. Access by boat or by car easily.

Further along is One Fire Beach, truly you will be on concrete as this location over 1000 steps beneath street-level in Praiano has no real beach. We recommend water taxi or boat to reach this location. Loud music and young crowds until and after sunset (which is very dramatic here, hence the name).

Towards Positano you will find Da Adolfo: anyone who has been on the Amalfi Coast before knows Adolfo and their boat with the red fish which from Positano takes you to Laurito Beach, with chairs, umbrellas, restaurant and bar. Easy access to the water.

Just before Positano is Arienzo Beach, access only by boat from Positano Spiaggia Grande with complimentary shuttle if you have a reservation. Restaurant, bar, chairs and umbrellas here and easy access to the water. Right after, Positano Spiaggia Grande where you can find L’incanto, right on the sand, and La Scogliera, sand and rocks, you can decide to cross over and arrive at Il Fornillo, the other side of Positano. Il Fornillo is like a village with several beach clubs also used by locals, Pupetto or da Ferdinando for example, they all have restaurant and bar and a sandy beach.
