The trip was fabulous! We loved all the hotels. We thought Sestri Levante was the perfect place in between places to stay with one day at Cinque Terre and the other at Portofino. My husband and I found Joyce about 9 years ago when we were asked by my sister-in-law to help her plan her 50^th birthday weekend for about 20 people in Venice. Joyce worked with me to find the perfect hotel, daily activities for folks, meals, pretty much everything.  It was a combination of her qualifications and awards that initially led us to her but once I spoke with her, I knew that she was the right person for me.  Good listener, able to suggest interesting and “off the beaten path” experiences for us to do, able to plan logistically what we could do in 1 day, what we could do over the whole time we were there, connections to restaurants and the most amazing guides I have ever met (local, experienced and so nice!). 

This past summer, we planned another trip with Joyce. We visited Puglia and the Amalfi Coast for almost 2 weeks. I’m not even sure where to begin with how incredible this vacation was, but we saw the most amazing sights, ate the most incredible food and drank more that our share of wine, while we were having not just a “tourist vacation” but actual experiences that Joyce helped us plan. She was able to deliver every experience that we were hoping to have. She made it seem effortless, but I am sure that was a lot of work behind the scenes that we were not aware of .

Joyce Falcone and her team put together a dream vacation for myself, Christy, and our toddler, Olivia. While we were unsure how a luxury vacation would go with a 13-month old toddler, the trip went off without a hitch. We were able to visit Rome, Florence, the Tuscan Countryside, and the Maremma region. Our additional city excursions included Siena, Bologna, Greve in Chianti, and Castellina in Chianti. From our historical tours to the unbelievable food and wine and our Tuscan cooking class, we had an absolute blast and made memories that will last a lifetime. It was hard to leave this slice of heaven on Earth, and we can't wait to go back! If given the opportunity, we would unquestionably choose Joyce and her Italian Concierge agency to plan our next Italy trip again.

Wow! What an amazing trip! Mark and I had such a fabulous time experiencing Italy for the first time. I can’t tell you how many times we praised you and the phenomenal trip you planned for us.

We had a wonderful trip and we are very grateful for your guidance and great planning. We loved all of the hotels (of course our “Limonaia” room with private terrace at Villa Bordoni topped all in terms of setting!) All had well-appointed rooms, very comfortable beds and delightful staff.

Food and wine of course were delicious. The guides were all great (we were both in love with Alvise). The itinerary had a good mix of cities and countryside, not too many museums and just the right amounts of free time, which we used to shop and nap, as fit the occasion!

We returned from our honeymoon and have to say you nailed it!! We loved Verona and restaurants…. Driving through the passe to Cortina was a little hairy but I've never seen anything like the mountain ranges before. Hiking was spectacular as well. The fabulous restaurants were the best on the trip in Cortina. Lake Maggiore was also perfect and we enjoyed touring the islands and did too much shopping.

The little lunch places we ate were superb and made the experience! Having the families serve us their own garden dishes and homemade cakes etc.…just fantastic. The bike rides were awesome…visiting the farm, cheese shop and olive oil place in Puglia. All of those different things made the trip so unique.

Loved it so much we can’t wait to go back.
